Spyglass homes are located in the beach community of Encinitas, California. The neighborhood is in South Encinitas on top of a hill. The homes were built from 1984 to 1987. The neighborhood offers three to five bedroom floor plans from 1,572 to 3,000 square feet. One and two story homes may offer high ceilings, picture windows, open floor plans and large lots.
Spyglass is managed by an HOA with monthly dues. The neighborhood has it’s own community pool, barbecue area, volleyball court and best of all it sits right on a natural canyon preserve. Kids attend San Dieguito school district. Less than a mile to shopping, restaurants and services. Easy access to the 5 freeway and only a few miles to the beach and downtown Encinitas.
